[Case Study] Achieving Energy Savings through Damper Automation and Multi-Stage Inverter Operation
Utilizing an inverter, we have established a new piping cleaning operation mode that also addresses dust accumulation during reduced air flow!
There was a challenge of "not being able to determine the operating hours, leading to unnecessary power consumption during 24-hour operation, and wanting to achieve energy-saving operation." To address this, we added an automatic damper to monitor the operating locations. We installed a new inverter panel and implemented necessary airflow control operation with multi-stage speed variation. When the hood is not in use, we achieved energy-saving operation at the minimum frequency. 【Solution Case】 <Problems> ■ The necessary airflow could not be determined due to manual damper switching for each operation. ■ Continuous operation for 24 hours was occurring. <Benefits> ■ Automation of the damper controls fan operation stops. ■ Energy-saving operation at the minimum frequency is achieved when the hood is not in use. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
